Constance is a member of the Paris Bar since 2021, and holds a post-graduate degree in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Paris-Est Créteil (Master degree second year) and a post-graduate degree in Intellectual Property and digital law from the University of Paris-Saclay.

Constance advises and litigates in all areas of intellectual property law, including copyright, trademark, design, unfair competition and parasitism, for both French and foreign clients in international cases.

Before joining the team in June 2021, Constance completed several internships in French law firm specializing in intellectual property law, in Paris Court, and in the intellectual property department of a French luxury goods company.

Constance belongs to the Association of Practioner of Trademark and Design law (APRAM), and also participated in the prize offered to students by this association in 2017, of which she was one of the third finalist on the subject "Determining in relation to positive and prospective law what should be a distinct fact from infringement punishable under unfair competition and/or parasitism".
