- Applications for preliminary injunctions and other urgent court orders.

- Infringement seizures and other evidence gathering procedures.

- Customs surveillance procedures, in coordination with French customs authorities.

- Representation before French civil, criminal and commercial courts and French Competition authorities in unfair competition actions and other competition-related matters.

- Representation before the European Court of Justice in Intellectual Property matters.

- Co-representation and coordination of Intellectual Property-related Court proceedings outside of France.

- Cancellation procedures before the Office for Harmonization in the Interior Market.

- Domain name conflicts and resolution, including court action and alternative dispute resolution options.
